Our Story

Founded in 2014 by Sherita Chandler, a Service-Disabled Veteran, Peolocity was born from a profound love for people and a vision to develop transformational leaders globally. Our journey began with a pivotal moment during a training session with young leaders at a university in Ghana, West Africa. Their question about bringing global transformation through values planted the seed for what would become Peolocity.

Drawing from military leadership experience, we recognized the critical need for effective leadership and adaptive methodologies in all sectors. Peolocity was established with a passion to guide leaders in becoming the best versions of themselves while nurturing the same potential in others. We bring together coaching, transformation, and essential skills development for both individuals and organizations, always with the goal of creating fulfilling, purpose-driven work experiences.

Peolocity is committed to social responsibility and workforce development. We practice “Force Multiplication” by training organizations to become trainers themselves, enabling them to cultivate future team members from those they’ve educated externally. This approach not only develops proud, capable leaders but also contributes to broader community growth and the spread of Agile methodologies.
